Product Warranty

All products manufactured by PMC are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years after the date of shipment.

Obtaining an RMA Number

Warranty service and repair is performed at PMC's factory in Carlsbad, California. To return any product for evaluation and/or repair, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use our convenient online RMA Request Form to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions, or contact our service department via email or telephone: +1-760-930-0101. Note: You will need to provide the model number, serial number and a brief description of the problem for each product to be returned.

It is PMC's policy to provide customers with an RMA number and shipping instructions the same day that we receive an RMA request.

Evaluation & Recommended Action Report

It is PMC's policy to provide customers with an Evaluation & Recommended Action Report within 3 business days of the date we receive a product with a valid RMA number.

Repairs and/or Replacements for Products Still Under Warranty

If PMC determines that the the failure was caused by a defective component, it is PMC's policy to make all necessary repairs and/or replace the product no later than one week after the date we receive your product.

If PMC determines that the failure was NOT caused by a defective component, it is PMC's policy to provide you, within 3 days of the date we receive your product, a quotation of the estimated repair charges and the estimated turnaround time to perform the repair, or a notification that the product is not repairable. PMC will begin repairs only after receiving your formal Purchase Order or Requisition for the repairs, and PMC will complete the repairs within the quoted turaround time, starting from from the date we receive your Order or Requisition.

Repairs for Products No Longer Under Warranty

It is PMC's policy to provide you, within 3 days of the date we receive your returned product, a quotation of the estimated repair charges and the estimated time to perform the repair, or a notification that the product is not repairable. PMC will begin repairs only after receiving your formal Purchase Order for the repairs, and will complete the repairs within the quoted time, starting from the date we receive your Purchase Order or Requisition.
